*Any and all footage submitted to TSC LLC Productions
will immediately
become the property of TSC LLC Productions. Upon submitting
your video, you are allowing TSC LLC to license your material
in TSC LLC film production propeties. Sorry, we are unable to
return any of the material sent to us!
**Sender hereby grants to TSC the non-exclusive right to
incorporate the
audiovisual material contained in Producer's films, as
described on Exhibit4 hereto (the Licensed Material), into one
or more of TSC's compilation extreme sports films (the Films)
and to distribute, or to license others to distribute, such
Films on video devices (VHS, DVD, Videodiscs, and any other
similar medium) for the home video market. Producer
further grants TSC the exclusive right to distribute the Films
containing the Licensed Material on all forms of television
media including advertisement and promotional usage, and on
the Internet via video streaming or analogous technology.
Producer acknowledges and agrees that Producer shall have the
sole discretion as to which portions, if any, of the Licensed
Material shall be incorporated into any particular Film(s).
